    • Hyaluronic Acid: 200 mg 
    • Iron (as Iron Sulfate): 4 mg

Directions for Use

Take one sachet daily. 

Administration: Put the contents of one sachet of powder into a glass, then add around 250 ml of water and mix gently. (on an empty stomach or between meals).   

Recommended duration: consistent use for at least 8 to 12 weeks for optimal benefits.
